Point cloud and 3D model of the Neiburgs Hotel facade in Old Riga Town

The Neiburgs' apartment hotel and restaurant is located in Jauniela 25/27, a monument of Art Nouveau architecture in the old town of Riga. The building was built in 1903 and has been preserved with its original Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau elements. It was built on the site of several buildings and divided into several building blocks. The façade has bay windows and balconies, and the central entrance is decorated with a mascaron of a woman's head with sun motifs.

After the Second World War, the property was nationalized and no longer belonged to the Neiburg family. It was equipped with a dormitory and rented communal apartments. The beer restaurant "Pie Kristapa" was located on the first floor. After the restoration of Latvia's independence, the family of construction contractor Ludvigs Neiburgs regained the property. The Neiburgs restaurant, which currently is in the building, opened in 2009, and the hotel in 2010.
