From the very beginning, we have participated in cadastral surveying of land for state budget funds. From 1 January 2012, the list of land units to be surveyed for state budget funds is updated and decisions are taken by the State Land Service.

We believe that forests are the biggest value and resource of our State immediately after Latvian population. Most probably because Latvian State forests have been our largest customer since 2008. Every year we survey, restore and erect boundaries on several thousand hectares of forests in the entire territory of Latvia.

From 2017, employees of SIA Latvijasmernieks.lv have been involved in the extensive Rail Baltica project – land surveying works for the new railway interconnection with Europe. The project provides for the development of land use planning projects and surveying of land units for real estate necessary for the construction of Rail Baltica line and alienation of land. We have prepared 26 land use planning projects and 13 cadastral surveying works, and the works still continue.

In 2019, the team of SIA Latvijasmernieks.lv was proud to participate in the Latvian pride – reconstruction works of the Mežaparks large open-air stage as performers of geodetic measurements. We performed these works in cooperation with the Hungarian company ARC Design Kft.

This spring, SIA Latvijasmernieks.lv created a 3D point cloud for one of “Gunpowder Cellars” with a tunnel in the torrid territory of Liepaja using the Leica P20 laser scanner.

We are proud of our team's most ambitious project in laser scanning in summer 2021 – the laser scanning and 3D modelling project on Elizabeth Street 75. Riga has always been a place where several architectural styles and times meet.
